Warrior
Can any of us claim to truly have the heart of a warrior? To be able to face any threat, any situation with a steely glint in your eye, not wavering once, not even in the face of certain death? Of course not. This practice is not about being a warrior, it’s about cultivating a warrior-like attitude.
This doesn’t mean we have to be always achieving great things and being at war with the world, or working ourselves to the bone to get a result, driving ourselves ever onwards.
It’s about challenging ourselves to go beyond our limitations, beyond what we believe we are capable of, to challenge our apathy and lack of motivation, to question our views of ourselves, our tendency to stay small, to do just enough, to not bother paying attention to details and doing what needs to be done.
A warrior-like attitude can be trained, it can be cultivated, and once we catch that wave, there is no stopping us, never again! When we start to call out those undermining voices, both internal and external, and start to prove them wrong, we stand taller, with impossibility in our hearts.
This third factor is absolutely crucial to a life of real change. We’ll address how to develop and train an indomitable will and sense of fortitude towards all adversity, to overcome everything life throws at us, to dwell in a strong sense of confidence and self-actualisation, and know that what is of true value can be brought into being.
