One might wonder why exercise has its own special mention here, a site dedicated to changing our minds. Anyone who doesn’t live in a cave knows at the very least that there are many health benefits, both mental and physical, to be gained through regular exercise.

We start to realise that the separation of mind and body is a falsity, revealing a deeper sense of completeness, empowering us even more to actualise our lives in a myriad of positive ways.
