Introduction
This suggested practice regime was borne of adversity and a change that motivated me to embrace life again. Over time, I distilled this into three fundamental aspects that cut to the core of what we need to do to effect real change in our lives. Inspiration, awareness and cultivating a warrior like attitude.
It is by no means a complete exposition, nor do I claim it to be an ultimate truth, the right way, or the only way. It is simply my experience, evolving reflections and understanding of human nature and ways in which to wake up to life.
I started this website to keep myself motivated and with the hope that it might help others, and that a community of like minded, free thinking individuals might spring to life, inspiring, supporting and encouraging each other to live a bigger, brighter, better life than we might ever have thought possible.

Challenge your reality, your thinking, feelings and ideas, all limitations!
See your bondage to and unquestioning belief in them.
See that the nature of your mental state informs your whole experience.
Relax, stop trying to micromanage everything. Just be steadfast and fully conscious.
Clarify your intentions and thinking, don't wallow in doubt and uncertainty.
Come back to a good hearted, spirited sense of your true strength.
Be On and invigorated, not asleep at the wheel!

Despondence, apathy, petty minded worries? Sisu!
Don't be passive, a victim to your thoughts and emotions.
Never blame or seek praise, take 100% responsibility for your own mind.
Know who you are. Believe in yourself. Actualise your reality!
Embrace adversity and train an unceasing, unstoppable, forthright positive attitude.
Commitment to exercise - it's training in will, discipline and fortitude.
And lighten up, find the funny side. Don't forget to laugh at it all.
Find a positive way forward, there's always one.
Be heroic, never let negativity or fear own you.
